Here at ASA, we offer our coaches the opportunity to engage in our ASA progressive coaching pathway.  Coaches shall participate in 'shadow' coaching days with experienced coaches before taking on lead roles as senior coaches at their next academy. Coaches are required to complete ASA online staff training sessions and engage in collaborative session planning ahead of each academy week. All coaches are guided, supported and continually evaluated by our experienced ASA Managers.
